Day 27 - Weigh In

So I read on in the book and found common causes that you might plateau early. I wasn't eating enough protein, I wasn't drinking enough water, and I was eating too late at night. So I have doubled the amount of beans that I eat, tried to increase my water intake, and stopped eating late at night (which I did twice the week before). Now I am back on track, here are my numbers:

Arms: Left: 14.5"
          Right: 14.5"
Thighs: Left: 25"
            Right: 25"

Weight: 275.8 lbs
Body Fat: 39.6%
BMI: 36.70
Total Inches: 177"

Weekly Difference Of:
Weight: -2.8 lbs
Body Fat: -0.9%
BMI: -0.44
Total Inches: -2"

Overall Difference Of:
Weight: -13 lbs
Body Fat: -3.1%
BMI: -1.63
Total Inches: -3"

All-in-all, I'm feeling really good. Not as tired as I used to be, and no back pain, and all my clothes fit better. Lets keep rollin'
