I'm surprised I even lost weight, with the long weekend at hand, I cheated quite a bit. Including Olive Garden on Monday, SO GOOD! Here are the facts!

Week 5 - Weigh In

Well, I have to do this quick because we are heading out soon, so I didn't get to do my Fat %, but I will edit the port tomorrow to add that measurement. Diets is still going good, I have to look into alternate ways of preparing the food as I am just starting to get bored of eating the same sort of meal. On the other hand with the results I am having, I'm not bored enough to stop eating the food!

Now there is drastic weight loss this week because all these measurements were done prior to breakfast as Michelle and I are rushing to get out the door.

Day 27 - Weigh In

So I read on in the book and found common causes that you might plateau early. I wasn't eating enough protein, I wasn't drinking enough water, and I was eating too late at night. So I have doubled the amount of beans that I eat, tried to increase my water intake, and stopped eating late at night (which I did twice the week before). Now I am back on track, here are my numbers:

All-in-all, I'm feeling really good. Not as tired as I used to be, and no back pain, and all my clothes fit better. Lets keep rollin'
